Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the SmartProfitHub website and the purchase and use of our digital products. By accessing this site or purchasing any product, you agree to these terms.

1. Our products

SmartProfitHub provides digital AI bot systems, workflows and related documentation (collectively, the “Products”). Products are delivered as downloadable files after purchase.

2. No guarantees

Our Products are tools and templates designed to help you build automations and content. We do not guarantee any specific results, income or performance. You are responsible for how you use the workflows and for the outcomes in your own business.

3. License and usage

Unless stated otherwise, when you purchase a Product you receive a personal or business license to:

  • Use the Product in your own business.
  • Use the Product as part of services you deliver to your clients.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute or give away the original workflows or documentation as standalone products.
  • Upload the Product files to public repositories or file-sharing sites.
  • Claim the original Product as your own intellectual property.

4. Payments and refunds

All prices are shown in GBP (unless stated otherwise). Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

Because our Products are digital downloads with instant access, all sales are generally final as described in our Refund Policy. In cases of genuine technical issues, we may offer a refund at our discretion once we have attempted to resolve the problem.

5. Required tools and third‑party services

Many Products require third‑party tools such as n8n, Veo 3, Creatomate, Postiz and Google Cloud Storage. You are responsible for:

  • Creating and maintaining your own accounts with those services.
  • Any fees charged by those services.
  • Using them in line with their own terms of service and policies.

SmartProfitHub is not responsible for changes made by third‑party platforms, including pricing, features, limits or downtime.

6. Support

We provide basic support for:

  • Access or download issues.
  • Clarifying the setup steps described in the included guides.

We do not provide full custom implementation, ongoing management or troubleshooting of your entire tech stack unless agreed separately.

7. Intellectual property

All Product content, including workflows, documentation, branding and website content, is owned by SmartProfitHub or our licensors. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Product as described above; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

8. Changes to products and pricing

We may update, improve or discontinue Products at any time. We may also change prices in the future. These changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the site or Products after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
