Refund Policy

SmartProfitHub sells digital AI bot systems, workflows and downloadable resources. Because you receive instant access to the files after purchase, we have a specific refund policy to keep things fair for both sides.

Digital products

• All AI bot systems and digital downloads are non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded.
• If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the product as described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work with you to resolve it.
• If we are unable to fix a genuine technical issue, we may offer a refund at our discretion.

Before you buy

Please read the product description carefully and make sure you have:

• An n8n account or self-hosted n8n instance.
• The required external tools for the specific bot you are purchasing (for example: Veo 3, Creatomate, Postiz, Google Cloud Storage).

If you are unsure whether a product is right for you, please contact us before purchasing.

• Your name and email address.
• Your order ID (if available).
• The product name.
• A short description of the issue.
