Lead capture

Lead capture is where the receptionist turns a casual visitor into a real enquiry you can follow up.

What counts as lead capture?

Anything that collects the right details and gives the customer a reason to share them  like a BMI Calculator for gyms or a Stress Reset Score for wellness.

Where do the leads go?

Leads go straight into your free built-in CRM (owned by Smart Profit Hub). You get your own login details.

FAQ + ticket support

The receptionist answers common questions using your website content (hours, pricing, location, what to bring, how to start, etc.).

Whats a ticket?

A ticket is a support request created when the question needs a human reply (for example: a special case, a complaint, or something not on the website).

Where do tickets go?

Tickets go into your free built-in CRM alongside leads  so nothing gets lost.

Appointment scheduling

If someone is ready to book, the receptionist guides them to your booking link or scheduler.

Do I need to change my current booking system?

No  we can work with what you already use. The receptionist simply helps customers get to the right place to book.

What if someone isnt ready to book?

Thats where lead capture and follow-up helps  you still get the enquiry, and the system can send an automatic email reply.

Every customer gets their own login details for the Smart Profit Hub CRM. Thats where your leads and support tickets live  and its also where you can make changes to your automatic email follow-ups.
