Important setup requirement (please read)
To use Smart Receptionist, your business needs to enable missed-call forwarding with your phone provider.
- You keep your normal business number
- If you don’t answer, your provider forwards the missed call to a dedicated number we give you
- That forwarded call rings once, then triggers the text-back with your bot link
