1. The Service

Smart Profit Hub provides a subscription-based AI website assistant service known as “Digital Front Desk.”While we aim for high accuracy, AI-generated responses should be monitored by the business owner. Smart Profit Hub does not guarantee specific business outcomes.

2. Subscription & Billing

Digital Front Desk is provided as a recurring monthly subscription.

  • By purchasing a subscription, you authorize automatic recurring billing until cancellation.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle.

  • You may cancel at any time.

  • Cancellation prevents future charges.

  • No refunds are provided for partially used billing periods.

  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts for non-payment.

3. Fair Use

Subscriptions are subject to reasonable usage limits. Accounts generating excessive message volume beyond normal business activity may be subject to:

  • Rate limiting

  • Temporary suspension

  • Additional usage fees

We will notify you if this occurs.

4. Data Ownership

Clients retain ownership of all customer data collected through their Digital Front Desk system. Smart Profit Hub acts solely as a service provider and data processor.

5. Limitation of Liability

Smart Profit Hub is not liable for:

  • Lost revenue

  • Missed appointments

  • Incorrect AI-generated responses

  • Business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding billing cycle.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these terms

  • Abuse of the system

  • Non-payment

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updates.
