What the missing invoices list shows
Each line is an item, why it looks missing, an amount only if a figure is already in the files, and High or Check. A test trail came back with a slab at £6,450 because that price was in the message, and extras with no price left blank. Already-invoiced work stays off the list.
You download a zip, not a single page. The cover is the table. The spreadsheet is the same rows. The evidence folder holds the notes and quotes the lines came from. You and your bookkeeper check it before anyone is billed.
Who it is for
Contractors who finish extras from WhatsApp and never raise the bill. Housing repairs, scaffolding, roofing, civils. Not a firm that already has a quantity surveyor closing every variation. If the problem is a broker asking for certificates, start with the contractor insurance pack.
What we will not do
