What is in the claim pack
Photos, WhatsApp exports, emails and day sheets, grouped by site. Each line is what was instructed, the date, whether a photo exists, and an amount only if a figure is already in the files. A test run priced one slab at £6,450 because that figure was in the message. The other lines stayed blank.
You download a zip. The cover is the list. The spreadsheet is the same rows. The evidence folder holds the files the lines came from. You check it before it goes to a client or a QS.
Who it is for
Contractors who did the extra and never turned it into a document. Housing repairs, scaffolding, roofing, civils. Not a firm with a QS already closing every variation. If the broker wants certificates, that is the contractor insurance pack. If the work never reached an invoice, that is missing invoices.
