What the renewal documents Room keeps
Insurance, tickets, RAMS and vehicles, in one place. The home screen shows valid, expiring, expired and missing types. You upload a new file when a certificate moves. You download a zip when someone asks: cover sheet, index, folders by type.
The cover is the first page of that zip. Expired files are listed, not hidden. A type with no file at all is named under missing. The Room does not write RAMS and it is not your broker.
Who it is for
Firms that already know the dates will move. A pack in October is stale by February. Housing repairs, scaffolding, roofing, civils. Not a main contractor that already runs a document system. If you only need one zip this week, start with the contractor insurance pack at £997.
How the month works
You pay to open the Room, then £197 a month. Upload stays open while the month is paid. An unpaid month pauses upload and pack download. The files stay. You are not hiring a clerk. You still check the cover before you send it.
Employers’ liability rules sit on GOV.UK. We store the certificate you already hold. We do not insure you.
What it is not
